Repair Policy

We stand by our craftsmanship and are committed to keeping your pieces in beautiful condition.

30-Day Small Stone Replacement: If a small diamond or other accent stone is lost within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it free of charge.
Large Stone Replacement: Large stones should be insured through third-party insurance, like Jeweler's Mutual.
Resizing: We cover your first ring resizing. Additional resizing are at the cost of the client.
Warranty Coverage: A custom piece will be repaired if any manufacturer defects are found in the first 12 months from the date of the purchase at the discretion of Artifex Fine Jewelry. Your warranty also includes basic maintenance such as prong checking, stone tightening, and professional cleaning. Normal wear and tear and customer damage is not covered under warranty.
Repair Services: Damage to center stones and accent stones can sometimes be repaired, but may require replacement. Clients are responsible for stone repair and replacement costs, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Damaged items will be fairly assessed. Damages determined to be caused by defect will be covered by Artifex Fine Jewelry.
Engraving Damage: Engraved jewelry needs to be worn with care and is not under warranty. Damaged engraving can be repaired, the cost of which is determined on a case-by-case basis.
